What this website keeps

Short version: if you fill in the enquiry form we keep your name, your number and your email so we can reply. That is it. This page covers this website. What we collect

That is everything. No date of birth, no health questions, no card details, no address. If you never fill the form in, all we have is an anonymous visit in a chart.
What we never do with it
- We do not sell it. Not to anyone, at any price.
- We do not rent it out for someone else to advertise to you.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked one question.
If you have been to the studio
When you get a tattoo or a piercing with us, we keep your name, your phone number and what you had done. That is how we look after your aftercare and touch-ups, and how we know you when you come back.
We may also share your phone number with Google and with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), in scrambled form, so our adverts can reach you again and reach people like the customers we already have. The number is scrambled on our own computer before it is sent, so neither of them sees the number itself. They only check it against their own accounts, do not share it with anyone else and delete the file once that is done. It is never used to advertise anything except Rebel. Would rather be left out? Tell us and you are off the list.
Who else can see it
- Us. Whoever is answering enquiries that day.
- Our web host, because the site and the enquiry emails sit on their servers.
- WhatsApp, owned by Meta, but only if you choose to message us there. Their privacy terms apply to that conversation.
- Google, for the visit statistics and advert measurement described under Cookies, and the scrambled customer list described above.
- Meta (Facebook), for measuring our Facebook and Instagram adverts, described under Cookies, and the scrambled customer list described above.
- Anyone the law obliges us to tell.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that never turned into a booking is kept while the conversation is still alive, and not much beyond it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will. Visit statistics are counts rather than people and are kept as long as Google keeps them.
Your call, any time
- See it. Ask, and we will tell you what we have.
- Correct it. Wrong number, wrong spelling, fixed on the spot.
- Delete it. We will remove it and confirm when it is gone.
- Stop the messages. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or just say so.

Cookies
This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to count visits, see which pages earn their place and measure our adverts. They set cookies in your browser. You can block or clear them at any time in your browser settings. The site works exactly the same either way. We do not use cookies to work out who you are.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their details through it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Enquiries reach us by email and are visible only to the people answering them. No system is perfect, but that is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we would tell you if something went wrong.
