We are REBL Tattoos Private Limited, trading as Rebel Tattoos & Piercing Studio, R03/20, M3M Urbana, Sector 67, Gurgaon, Haryana 122102. This page says what we hold about you and what we do with it. Questions go to contact@rebeltattoos.in.
What we collect

How we use it
- To give you the service you asked for, and to keep the legal record of consent behind it.
- To send appointment reminders, receipts and aftercare instructions.
- To answer questions later about a piece we did, which is why we keep the record after the session.
- To meet tax and company law requirements on our sales records.
We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Who else sees it
- Our own team, and only the parts they need. Artists see the work and the consent; personal numbers and pay are limited to the owners.
- WhatsApp (Meta), because that is where the conversation happens.
- Our payment provider, for the payment itself.
- Our accountant, for the sales and tax records.
- Hosting and analytics providers who run this website and our studio software.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.
Where it is kept, and for how long
- Records are held in our own studio software on a private server, with access by login, and the most sensitive items behind a second PIN.
- Consent forms and the record of work done: kept for as long as we may need to answer for that work.
- Sales and tax records: kept for the period Indian tax and company law requires, currently eight years.
- Enquiries that never became bookings: kept while we are still in touch, then removed.
- Photographs: removed on request.
Your choices
- See what we hold. Ask and we will tell you.
- Correct it. A wrong number or spelling is fixed on request.
- Have it deleted. We will remove what we are not legally required to keep, and we will tell you plainly what has to stay.
- Stop messages. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or tell us at the studio.
- Withdraw photo consent at any time.

Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and Google Ads measurement when you arrive from an advert. These set cookies in your browser. Block or clear them in your browser settings; the site still works. We do not use cookies to identify you personally.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their details. A piercing on a minor is booked and consented to by a parent or guardian, whose details we hold for that consent.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, our studio software requires a login, sensitive documents sit behind a second PIN, and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but that is the standard we hold.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
