Terms and conditions
Last updated 18 September 2026
These are the terms between you and REBL Tattoos Private Limited, trading as Rebel Tattoos & Piercing Studio, R03/20, M3M Urbana, Sector 67, Golf Course Extension Road, Ramgarh, Gurgaon, Haryana 122101 (CIN U90009HR2023PTC113808). Booking with us means you accept them.
The short version
- Tattoos from 16, earlobes from 5, nose from 14, belly from 16. Under 18, a parent or guardian signs and stays.
- An advance, where we ask for one, isn't refundable and comes off your total.
- Tell us the truth on the consent form. We're artists, not doctors.
- Aftercare is yours. Touch-ups are free.
- We photograph finished work unless you tell us not to.
Age, and who signs
| Service | Minimum age |
|---|---|
| Tattoo | 16 |
| Earlobe piercing | 5 |
| Nose piercing | 14 |
| Belly piercing | 16 |
Anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian who is present, consents, and signs the form with us. We record their name, their relationship to you and their ID. No guardian, no work, whatever the age on the form says.
These minimums are ours, set for safety, and we don't move them. We may also ask for ID.
When we say no
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service where we don't believe it's safe, or won't produce work we're willing to sign. That includes a design we'd rather not put on anyone, skin at the site that isn't healthy, and medical grounds we can't work around.
Alcohol and drugs. We can't work on anyone who's been drinking or is on something, and we'll stop mid-session if that becomes clear. You'll be asked to come back another day and the advance isn't refunded. A permanent decision deserves a clear head.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding. We don't tattoo or pierce anyone who is pregnant or nursing. Your body is already doing something demanding, healing takes longer and the risk of infection is higher, so treat this as a postponement rather than a refusal. Come and see us when you're ready. In the meantime we're glad to plan the piece with you, or change jewellery.
Behaviour. Abuse, aggression, harassment or discrimination towards our team or another client ends the session there and then. The same goes for filming other clients, and for anything that puts the hygiene of the studio at risk. You'll be asked to leave, no refund is due, and we may decline future bookings.
What you tell us matters
Everyone signs a consent form before we start. It asks your age and anything that affects healing: diabetes, heart conditions, blood pressure, epilepsy, hepatitis, allergies, medication, skin conditions. Answering it fully and honestly is your responsibility, because we plan the session around what you tell us.
If a condition, an allergy or a medication is not disclosed, we cannot account for it, and we are not responsible for what follows. There is no patch test for tattoo ink: it goes into the skin in one sitting. We use EU REACH compliant ink and implant-grade titanium precisely because they are the safest available, but no studio anywhere can rule out a reaction in skin it has never met. Tell us if your skin is sensitive or reacts to metals, dyes, latex or plasters, and tell us before, not after.
We are tattoo and piercing professionals, not medical practitioners, and nothing we say is medical advice. If you are unsure whether a condition allows a tattoo or a piercing, ask your doctor first.
Booking and advances
Consultations are free, and most people pay nothing until the day. We ask for an advance of twenty per cent in two situations: when you want a particular date, time and artist held for you, and when your artist draws a custom design before you come in. Either way it is adjusted against your final cost, never charged on top.
An advance isn't refundable, because it holds a chair nobody else can book and pays for drawing already done. If plans change we'll move you once, and if you decide not to go ahead with a custom piece, the design is yours to keep. The refunds page sets all of it out, including no-shows.
Arrive more than 30 minutes late and we may have to shorten the session or move it, because the artist's next client is already in the diary.
Design, quotes and the work
- Your quote covers the work described in it. Change the design, the size or the placement and it's a new quote.
- Tattoos are permanent. Ink settles differently on different skin, and nobody can promise an exact match to a picture off the internet.
- How it heals depends mostly on the aftercare we hand you in writing. Touch-ups are covered on the refunds page.
- Custom artwork stays our creative work. You wear it; we may show it.
Photographs
Your consent form asks for this in advance: you release the rights to photographs and video of you and your piece, and consent to them being reproduced in print or online, including social media. It is how the work finds the next person who wants it.
Saying no costs you nothing, not your session and not your price.
Prices and payment
- Published prices are a guide. Your price is agreed at the consultation, once the design, size and placement are settled. What we both agree there is what you pay.
- Change it later and it is quoted again. Anything added to the design, or moved, after the price is agreed is charged on top.
- We accept cash, card, UPI and IMPS bank transfer, and payment links we send on WhatsApp.
- The advance is paid before we begin, and the balance before you leave. We don't run accounts or instalments.
Academy courses
Places are by application, in batches of four. Your seat is confirmed when the fee, or the first agreed part payment, reaches us. Dates and syllabus are what we agreed on your orientation call. Certificates come on completion, not on enrolment. Refunds are on the refunds page.
This website
- The words, photographs and artwork here are ours. Please don't reuse them without asking.
- Enquiries and WhatsApp messages are handled as described in our privacy policy.
- We keep prices and details current, but the site can carry mistakes and isn't itself an offer to contract.
Liability
Our responsibility is the work we did and what you paid for it. Once you leave the studio, aftercare is yours. Nothing here limits any liability that Indian law says can't be limited.
Law, and where to complain
Indian law applies and the courts at Gurugram have jurisdiction. Before any of that, talk to us: WhatsApp or call +91 97173 40900, or email contact@rebeltattoos.in. Our grievance officer is Richa Prakash. We've settled every complaint we've had in a conversation, and we'd like to keep that record.
Changes
We update these from time to time. What's on this page, dated at the top, is what applies.
